To improve the child’s cognitive, social and emotional development, communication with parents is a successful tool.
Open Day
One day a week/fortnight is designated as Open Day. On this day, teachers stay on for half an hour after school to meet parents.
End-of-Term Meeting
At the end of each term parents are invited to attend a Parent- Teacher Conference to discuss their child’s progress and to receive a written report.
By Appointment
To meet the teachers or the Head or any member of the school staff on any day other than holidays , parents must make an appointment through the School Admin Office.
School Diary
Teachers and parents communicate with each other through the school diary.
Newsletter
At the end of the term, the School produces a Newsletter which is distributed to all parents.
Functions
Parents are invited to attend a number of functions during the year. Parents are invited as members of the audience and the School staff meets them informally on these occasions. The major functions to which parents are invited include Prize Distribution, the Funfair and Sports Day
